The Space

Step inside and you’ll immediately feel the difference that intentional styling makes. The

entrance hallway greets you with warm lighting, a large decorative mirror, and everything you

need to settle in; coat hooks, a console table, and a welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone

for your stay.

The living room is your go-to space for relaxing together. Two large sofas face a wall-mounted

55" flat-screen TV, with a stylish coffee table at the centre and a glass display cabinet adding

character to the room. A tall faux plant, a cosy centre rug, and carefully chosen soft furnishings

give the space a warm, modern feel , the kind of room you won’t want to leave.

Next door, the dining and games room is where the real fun begins. A six-seater dining table is

perfect for shared meals, while the compact Snooker/ pool table at the back of the room guarantees

entertainment for guests of all ages. A tall stainless steel fridge freezer keeps drinks and food

close to hand. This room alone makes the property stand out and it’s a feature guests

consistently love.

The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a proper home-cooked

meal. You’ll find a kettle, toaster, microwave, and a neatly displayed tea, coffee, and sugar

station ready and waiting. All the essentials are here including a washer/dryer for longer

stays.

Upstairs, a framed canvas print at the top of the stairs leads you to three beautifully dressed

bedrooms and a contemporary bathroom.

The master bedroom is a genuine retreat a king-size bed dressed with hotel-quality linen,

decorative cushions, and a soft throw, a large mirrored wardrobe, a study desk for those who

need to work, and a TV on a stand. The bay window fills the room with natural light.

The second bedroom is set up as a flexible twin, with two single beds that can be zipped

together to form a king on request. Both beds are individually dressed with fresh white linen

and coordinating cushions and throws. Perfect for friends, siblings, or guests who prefer their

own space.

The single bedroom is compact but beautifully finished , a classic iron bed frame dressed with

warm-toned cushions and a knitted throw, a wardrobe, and everything a solo traveller or child

needs for a comfortable night’s sleep.

The bathroom is clean, modern, and well-stocked , grey tiled walls, a chrome heated towel

rail, over the bath shower, white bath mats and hand towels provided for every stay.

Outside, the spacious private garden is ideal for summer evenings, morning coffees, or letting

the kids run around. The two-car driveway at the front means parking is never a concern.

Guests have full and exclusive use of the entire property , all 2 floors, the garden, and the

driveway. Nothing is shared with the host or other guests.

The property is set up to accommodate up to 5 guests across three bedrooms.

The games room pool table is a highlight , please treat it with care and enjoy it responsibly.

A washer/dryer is available for guest use throughout your stay.

The kitchen is fully stocked with the basics; guests are welcome to use all appliances.
